Zero Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Chrome extensions listed below. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our extensions.

Information Collection and Use

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit ANY personal data. All data processed by our extensions stays on your local device. Specifically:

• No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry.
• No personal information (name, email, location, browsing history) is collected.
• Settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API.
• Quick Translate sends selected text to Google Translate API (translate.googleapis.com) solely for translation purposes. No user-identifying information is attached to these requests.
• Pass Gen generates passwords using your device's cryptographic random number generator - passwords never leave your device.
• No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

Permissions

Our extensions request only the minimum permissions needed for their core functionality:

• activeTab - To access the current page for features like media scanning, screenshot capture, or color picking.
• storage - To save your preferences, settings, and extension data locally on your device.
• contextMenus - To add right-click menu items (Quick Translate).
• downloads - To save files you explicitly choose to download.
• bookmarks - To read and manage your bookmarks (Link Vault).
• tabs - To manage browser tabs for session saving and tab freezing features.
• scripting - To inject scripts that enable core features on webpages.
• host_permissions - Required to enable features across websites you visit.

Third-Party Services

Quick Translate uses Google Translate API for translation. Favicons in Link Vault are loaded from Google's favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons). No user data is shared with these services beyond the minimum needed to perform the requested function.

Data Security

Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no risk of data breach involving your personal information. All extension data remains on your local device.
